Curved Stairlifts

If your stairs turn or bend, you will need a curved stairlift.

Curved stairlifts run on a track that will have to be custom made to your home’s staircase, the carriage is also more complex than that used for a straight staircase.  That is the why these types of stairlifts cost more than those designed for straight staircases.

Guide prices are: from £4,000 for new stairlifts (installed, exclusive of VAT*) and from £3,500 for reconditioned lifts (installed, exclusive of VAT*). The tracks on curved lifts are never reconditioned or re-used - just the chair and the carriage, and a brand new track is produced, custom made to fit your staircase.

If your stairs simply have a ‘fan’ at the top, it may be possible to fit a bridging platform in conjunction with a straight-track stairlift.  This can be determined with an on-site survey.

We can offer you a choice of curved stairlifts from a number of different manufacturers, each one having its own features and benefits.  This means we can normally provide the stairlift that suits your stairs, your own personal requirements and your pocket.
